Identification, topology prediction and structural modeling of integral membrane proteins

This tutorial consists of 5 modules:
 

1. 1. What membrane proteins look like.
2. 2. Discriminating between membrane and non-membrane proteins
3. 3. Predicting the topology of helix-bundle membrane proteins
4. 4. Predicting the topology of beta-barrel membrane proteins
5. 5. 3D structure modeling of membrane proteins

Each module contains a couple of possible assignments that can be done using the web. The modules are linked to each other, and to other SweLL tutorials.
