I am looking for undergraduate students who are interested in doing their diploma work in structural bioinformatics and/or statistical physics. The students will join me in my effort to understand the physics of protein folding. This will be accomplished through both developing bioinformatical tools and statistical physical models of proteins. Some programming skills and some knowledge of statistical physics is preferred.
