C-BOP

Welcome to CBOP (Coordinate-Based Organization of Proteins) .

C-BOP is a fully automated method which organizes all SCOP 1.65 domains with less than 95% sequence identity into clusters of structurally similar domains. For each cluster a Multiple Structural Alignment (MSTA) provides position-specific information on these structural similarities. The clusters were constructed using structural alignments and hierarchical clustering.
