Pcons5 - Protein Consensus Predictor

Pcons5 is a new and improved version of the consensus predictor Pcons. Pcons5 integrates information from three different sources: consensus analysis, structural evaluation and the score from the fold recognition servers. The consensus analysis is done in a similar way as in 3D-Jury, the structural evaluation is done using a novel backbone only version of ProQ and the score from the fold recognition server is scaled in such a way that it reflects the reliability of the server. Pcons5 has been developed to be easy to keep up to date without the need to re-optimize parameters, it even works for ``unseen'' methods.
